27 Jan 1000 mile – history

One of the three greatest legends of the interwar Czechoslovak Automobile Sports was the race of 1000 miles of Czechoslovakia, organized by the Autoklubem Repuliky Československé in the years 1933, 1934 and 1935 on the roads between Prague and Bratislava, next to the race Zbraslav – Jíloviště and Velké ceny on the Masaryk Circuit. This race was held under the patronage of the President of the Republic, who gave the touring cup.
